IRONMAN Wales 2023 sees a new and improved park & ride service offering a shuttle service operating on Sunday 03rd September 2023. 

Operating from Carew Airfield Business Park,

running a circular route from Carew to Tenby, and Saundersfoot. 

We encourage people to use this service due to limited car parking space in Tenby and Saundersfoot during the IRONMAN Wales weekend.  

In addition, road closures are in place early on Race Day, with road access into Tenby and Saundersfoot limited.

The Park & Ride services are suitable for athletes,

IRONKIDS & spectators staying throughout Pembrokeshire and the surrounding area, the park & ride is located at Carew Airfield and is easily accessible via the A477 throughout the entire weekend. 

Car parking at Carew Airfield Business Park free of charge for purchased ticket holders

using the Shuttle bus service. Tickets can be purchased on the day.  

Any cars left overnight must be strictly unoccupied.
